Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
No refunds. We do not issue refunds to original forms of payment.
- At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error as Haus of Gleaux Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser.
- We reserve the right to stop accepting exchanges once a personal account reaches a 10% return rate.
- To have the best Haus of Gleaux Boutique experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 2 days of receipt of item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of item being delivered. Please include your order number in your email correspondence.
If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! <3
Please note mystery items, items bought with a coupon code or with cash back, face masks, hats, sunglasses, headbands, jewelry, handbags, wallets, wristlets, leggings, biker shorts, scarves, gloves, hair accessories, doorbusters, flash sales, clearance, undergarments, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not exchangeable or eligible for store credit.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Items sent without authorization will be refused.
Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form, We promise we send them as quickly as we can! We've got you!
Once we receive your return, it may take up to ten business days to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.
By completing a purchase with Haus Of Gleaux Boutique, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.
We offer a flat rate of $8.95 versus per item. You can buy 1 item or 20 items and will only pay the flat rate of $8.95 or free shipping on orders over $150! Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders will be sent via USPS or UPS (US only). Haus of Gleaux Boutique LLC is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but the customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Orders of $150 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only),excluding incorrect address returns.
Lost /Stolen/ Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, The Haus of Gleaux LLC IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
Haus of Gleaux Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.

After an order has been made, and payment received we are not able to cancel, alter, or refund it for any reason. If a discount code promotion is available it MUST be entered before checkout is complete as we can not add it on to your order after the order has completed.
