Refund policy
All sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any purchases made or orders due to the current pandemic situation.
Shipping Policy
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders will be sent via USPS or UPS (US only). Haus of Gleaux LLC is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but the customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Orders of $150 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only),excluding incorrect address returns.
Lost /Stolen/ Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, The Haus of Gleaux LLC IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
Haus of Gleaux is NOT responsible for:

Cancellations
After an order has been made, and payment received we are not able to cancel, alter, or refund it for any reason. If a discount code promotion is available it MUST be entered before checkout is complete as we can not add it on to your order after the order has completed.
